Weedol® Lawn Weedkiller Liquid Concentrate is a concentrated version of Weedol® Gun!™ Lawn Weedkiller for controlling weeds over a larger area. It is an easy to mix concentrate that has been formulated for use on a lawn, killing weeds but not the grass. It is ideal as a general lawn treatment for lawns that have been overrun by opportunist weeds. We recommend not to use this product on a newly laid lawn or seeded area. New lawns should not be treated for the first 2 months and should only be treated when actively growing.

Weedol Lawn Weedkiller Liquid Concentrate – Coverage

The maximum recommended rate for most applications is 15ml per 10m². Each pack contains 250ml which is enough to treat 167m². It is recommended not to apply more than one treatment per year.

Directions of Use

• Always wear gloves when handling any chemicals.
• Keep any stored chemicals away from children and pets.
• Keep product away from food and drink.
• Only store chemicals in their original container and retain instructions in case of medical emergency.
• Do not re-use the empty container. Do not empty any unused chemical into drains or waterways.
• Avoid spraying in windy or wet conditions.
• Avoid contact with any plants in beds and borders.
• Read pack instructions carefully before use.

1. First shake well before use to make sure the active ingredients are well mixed
2. Use either a watering can with a fine rose, or for best results a garden sprayer
3. Then measure 15ml with 1 litre of water in a sprayer or with 5 litres of water in a watering can
4. Apply this evenly over an area of 10m²
5. Direct away from ponds and other surface water bodies.
6. Finally, wash out sprayer or watering can thoroughly after use.

Use on leafy weeds April-September when they are small and actively growing. For best results do not mow for 3 days before or after treatment. Avoid spraying in drought or frost. To avoid drift, do not spray in windy conditions. 

New lawns: treat in spring at least 2 months after sowing or laying turf. The new lawn must be growing well.

Shake well before use and use mixture immediately with either a watering with a fine rose or a garden sprayer. Measure 15ml and mix with 1L of water in a sprayer or 5L of water in a watering can. This mixture should be applied evenly over 10 square metres of lawn.

Avoid spray coming into contact with cultivated plants.

This specially formulated selective weedkiller controls broad-leaved weeds that invade lawns and ‘suffocate’ the grass. Use on all established lawns and grassy areas in late spring or early summer. Weeds will wilt, turn brown and die within 4 - 6 weeks. Weedol Lawn Weedkiller removes the competition and allows grass to thrive and spread.

This easy mix liquid concentrate formulation contains 3 different selective weedkillers to give easy control of most common lawn weeds from one application. The most common culprits include dandelions, daisies, white clover and plantains. Controlling them is relatively easy, but there are a host of other plants with smaller leaves that are less easily controlled with ordinary lawn weedkiller treatments. That’s where Weedol Lawn Weedkiller scores extra points because it will give good control of these problem weeds, such as lesser trefoil (yellow suckling clover), black medick (a small leaved clover), common mouse-ear chickweed, yarrow, parsley-piert and the blue flowering speedwell.

Dilute in water in your own pressure sprayer or a watering can fitted with a very fine rose and apply over the whole lawn. Treat new lawns that are at least 2 months established.

Children and pets can play on the treated lawn once the spray has dried.
