Bestway Solar Round Pool Cover. This specially designed solar pool cover creates a greenhouse effect in your pool. By floating directly on the water, it traps the heat of the sun to keep the water and heat in your pool and the dirt out. Covers are an indispensable accessory for above-ground pools: they prevent the growth of algae and reduce the amount of chemicals needed to keep your water in top shape.
This cover is perfect for a Bestway round frame pool with a steel wall of 3.66 m (12 ft.), and a round pool with inflatable rings of 3.66 m (12 ft.) or 3.96 m (13 ft.).

How to Use the Bestway® Polyethylene Solar Pool Cover
- Unfold the Cover: Remove the cover from the storage bag and unfold it completely.
- Position the Cover: Lay the cover on the surface of the pool, ensuring it is centered and covers the entire pool area. The cover should float directly on the water.
- Smooth Out the Cover: Adjust the cover so that it lies flat on the water without any major wrinkles or folds.
- Secure the Cover: If your pool has a securing mechanism, use it to keep the cover in place, especially in windy conditions.

When to Apply the Bestway® Polyethylene Solar Pool Cover
- Daily Use: Use the cover whenever the pool is not in use to maintain water temperature and keep debris out.
- At Night: Cover the pool at night to reduce heat loss and prevent unwanted dirt and debris from entering.
- During Non-Swimming Periods: Whenever you are not swimming, keep the pool covered to maintain its cleanliness and chemical balance.
Cautions
- Children and Pets: Do not allow children or pets to play on or near the pool cover as it is not designed to support weight and can pose a safety hazard.
- Windy Conditions: In very windy conditions, ensure the cover is securely fastened to prevent it from blowing away.
- Pool Chemicals: Ensure the pool cover does not come into direct contact with pool chemicals as this can damage the polyethylene material.
- Storage: When not in use, dry the cover thoroughly and store it in the provided storage bag to prevent mold and mildew growth.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the cover for any signs of wear or damage and replace it if necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Shipping & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
