Specialist hard surface cleaner designed to keep your patio and decking spotless for longer with its 4 in 1 complete clean action.

- *For lighter surface growth, dilution is recommended.
How to Use

Preparation:
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- For normal surface growth, use the formula as it is.
- For lighter surface growth, dilute the cleaner as per the instructions on the bottle.

Application:
- Apply the cleaner evenly over the surface using a watering can, sprayer, or pressure washer.
- Ensure the surface is fully saturated.
- Leave the cleaner on the surface for 15-30 minutes to allow it to penetrate and break down the dirt, stains, limescale, and algae.

Scrubbing:
- For heavily soiled areas, scrub the surface with a brush or broom to aid in the cleaning process.

Rinsing:
- Rinse the area thoroughly with clean water to remove the cleaner and lifted dirt.
- Allow the surface to dry completely.
Where to Use
- Patios: Ideal for cleaning concrete, stone, and brick patios.
- Decking: Perfect for restoring the appearance of wooden and composite decking.
- Paths: Suitable for walkways and garden paths.
- Fencing: Effective on wooden and metal fences.
- Other Hard Surfaces: Can be used on other outdoor hard surfaces like driveways, walls, and steps.
When to Apply
- Weather Conditions: Apply on a dry day when no rain is expected for at least 24 hours.
- Frequency: For best results, use at the start of the outdoor season (spring) and repeat as necessary throughout the year to maintain cleanliness.
- Time of Day: Apply in the morning or evening to avoid the hottest part of the day, which can cause the cleaner to evaporate too quickly.
Cautions
- Safety Gear: Wear protective gloves and eye protection while handling and applying the cleaner.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the treated areas until the surface is completely dry.
- Skin Contact: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
- Storage: Store the cleaner in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
- Environmental Impact: Avoid applying the cleaner near ponds, streams, or other water sources to prevent contamination.

Shipping & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
