Nitromors All-Purpose Paint & Varnish Remover is ideal for those vertical applications due to its strong non-drip gel formula. The gel is also a lovely shade of green meaning you are able to see exactly where you applied it. Ideal for wood, metal and masonry.
This paint and varnish remover is dichloromethane free, meaning that it is less volitile and will stay active for longer compared to other dichloromethane based removers.
The new double strength formula strips up to twice the paint layers. Ideal for wood, metal and masonry.
The green coloured gel is easy to see and apply, gives superior coverage and is slow to evaporate.
Coverage: 375ml covers up to 1m² (approx 1/2 door side).
It is non-drip, making it ideal for vertical surfaces.
Stripes layers of paint, varnish and lacquer.
Water and solvent washable.

 

How to Use:

  1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface to be stripped is clean and free from any loose debris. For best results, sand the surface lightly to open up the existing finish.

  2. Apply the Gel: Using a brush or spatula, apply Nitromors Original Paint Stripper and Remover generously onto the surface you wish to strip. Ensure an even coat, covering the entire area to be treated.

  3. Wait for Action: Allow the gel to penetrate and work on the paint or varnish layers. The green color of the gel makes it easy to see where it has been applied. Depending on the thickness and type of paint or varnish, this may take anywhere from 5 minutes to several hours.

  4. Scrape Off: Once the paint or varnish has softened and blistered, use a scraper or stripping tool to remove it from the surface. Work in small sections, scraping away the softened finish as you progress.

  5. Clean Up: After stripping, clean the surface thoroughly with water or a solvent to remove any remaining residue. Follow up with sanding if necessary to achieve the desired smoothness.

  1. Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation in the working area to prevent the buildup of fumes. Work in a well-ventilated space or use a respirator mask if working in a confined area.

  2. Protective Gear: Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection when handling the product to avoid skin contact and eye irritation.

  3. Flammability: Keep away from heat sources and open flames as Nitromors Original Paint Stripper and Remover is flammable.

  4. Storage: Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
