How to Use:

  1. Prepare the Spreader: Before using Westland Safelawn, ensure your spreader is clean and free from any residues of previous products.

  2. Adjust Spreader Settings: Consult the manufacturer's instructions for your spreader and adjust the settings according to the recommended application rate for Westland Safelawn.

  3. Fill Spreader: Pour the Safelawn product into the spreader's hopper, ensuring it is securely closed to prevent spillage.

  4. Apply Evenly: Start walking at a steady pace, pushing the spreader across your lawn in parallel lines to ensure even coverage. Overlapping each pass slightly will help achieve uniform distribution.

  5. Watering In: After application, lightly water the lawn to help the product settle into the soil and activate its nutrients. Watering also aids in the germination of the grass seed included in the Safelawn formula.

  6. Clean Up: Thoroughly rinse the spreader after use to prevent any product buildup and maintain its effectiveness for future applications.

Where to Use:

Westland Safelawn is suitable for use on all types of lawns, including residential, commercial, and public areas. Apply it to established lawns or when establishing a new lawn from seed.

When to Apply:

Apply Westland Safelawn during the growing season, typically from early spring through late autumn. Aim for a time when the soil is moist but not waterlogged, and when there is no rainfall expected within the next 24 hours to allow the product to settle properly.

Cautions:

  1. Keep Out of Reach: Store Safelawn in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and pets.

  2. Avoid Overapplication: Apply the product according to the recommended dosage to prevent excess buildup, which may harm the lawn or surrounding vegetation.

  3. Avoid Contact with Eyes and Skin: Wear gloves and eye protection when handling the product. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

  4. Do Not Ingest: Westland Safelawn is not intended for consumption. If accidentally ingested, seek medical attention immediately and provide the product label or container for reference.

  5. Environmental Precautions: Avoid contaminating water sources with the product. Do not apply if heavy rainfall is forecasted, as it may cause runoff into water bodies.

  6. Dispose of Packaging Properly: Dispose of empty packaging in accordance with local regulations for waste disposal. Do not reuse containers for other purposes.

Shipping & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
