Clearwater Chlorine Granules are an extremely simple way to disinfect your pool and keep it clean and safe every day. Using chlorine in swimming pools is vital for keeping water clean and hygienic; unless, of course, you enjoy sharing your swimming space with harmful bacteria, damaging germs and dirty micro-organisms! The best thing about the chlorine treatment is that it’s so incredibly simple to apply. If water temperature exceeds 20°C then the recommended level of swimming pool chlorine granules can be directly applied. If, on the other hand, water temperature is lower than 20°C then the specified level of pool chlorine granules can be dissolved in a plastic container before application.

How to Use:
- Check Water Temperature: Ensure that the water temperature in your pool or hot tub exceeds 20°C.
- Measure the Required Amount: Depending on the volume of water in your pool or hot tub, measure out the appropriate amount of Clearwater Chlorine Granules according to the instructions provided on the packaging.
- Direct Application (Water Above 20°C): If the water temperature exceeds 20°C, sprinkle the measured chlorine granules directly into the pool or hot tub water, distributing them evenly across the surface.
- Dissolve in Container (Water Below 20°C): If the water temperature is lower than 20°C, dissolve the measured chlorine granules in a plastic container filled with water before application. Stir the mixture until the granules are fully dissolved.
- Wait for Dissolution: Allow the chlorine granules to dissolve completely before allowing anyone to enter the pool or hot tub.

- Clearwater Chlorine Granules are designed for use in swimming pools and hot tubs to effectively disinfect the water and maintain cleanliness.
- Suitable for both residential and commercial pools and hot tubs.
When to Apply:
- Apply Clearwater Chlorine Granules regularly to maintain the recommended chlorine level in your pool or hot tub.
- For pools and hot tubs with water temperatures exceeding 20°C, apply the granules directly.
- For water temperatures below 20°C, dissolve the granules in a plastic container before application.
Cautions:
- Adult Use Only: This product is intended for use by adults only. Keep out of reach of children.
- Proper Handling: Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Wear appropriate protective clothing, such as gloves and goggles, when handling the chlorine granules.
- Store Safely: Keep the product in its original packaging and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Follow Instructions: Always follow the instructions provided on the packaging for the correct dosage and application method.
- Keep Chemicals Separate: Do not mix Clearwater Chlorine Granules with other pool chemicals unless specifically directed by a professional. Mixing chemicals can result in hazardous reactions.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of accidental ingestion or contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice immediately.
Shipping & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
